The Spring Mill Cafe serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Spring Mill Café features two unique dining rooms, the Café seating 40 people and the Farmhouse seating 25 people. When the weather is nice, guests are invited to dine outdoors on the patio or on one of the porches.
A complete selection of appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, cheeses and desserts that will delight your taste buds. Memorable French Provincial cuisine spiced with exotic North African dishes. Specialties include hearty patés, traditional French dishes featuring boeuf bourguignon, rabbit stew and cassoulet Carcassonne, and Café specials such as B'stilla Marocaine and tajine. Desserts range from French classics crème caramel and chocolate mousse to Montmorency, a dense chocolate cake with raspberry ganache and daffodil cake.
Reservations are recommended - especially for Friday and Saturday evenings. We are a BYOB and invite you to bring your own wine. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard & American Express. We also offer take-out, private parties and catering.
