Pelican Restaurant owned and operated by Bill and Eileen Fischer is a byo located in Sewell, New Jersey. In reaction to the large number of "fusion" seafood restaurants appearing at the time, the aim was, and remains, to innovate and experiment with the classics, not reinvent them.
