Du Jour is one of the many establishments in a partnership group headed by the highly respected Martin Grims. With Four Diamond AAA ratings and many "best of" honors, the partnership takes great pride in bringing inspired experiences with adventurous food and outstanding service to their guests. In addition to Du Jour, they own and operate: The Moshulu; boutique hotel and restaurant Daddy O in Long Beach Island, NJ; Plantation in Harvey Cedars, Long Beach Island; and The Inlet in Somers Point, NJ. Currently in Haverford Square on Philadelphia's Main Line, Du Jour is planning an expansion to additional locations, including Center City Philadelphia's new Symphony House.
Michael Selser, Chef / Chef Michael Selser is a graduate of The Restaurant School in Philadelphia. He has worked as a chef at Joseph Ambler Inn in North Wales, PA, Green Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill, PA, and Passarelle. Selser also works as a private chef in clients’ homes.
Maureen Ferguson, Managing Partner / After graduating from Saint Joseph's University, Maureen Ferguson started her career in corporate communications and event planning. With that experience, combined with a lifelong love of food and the fun of sharing it with others, she is uniquely qualified as the managing partner of Du Jour and has overseen its sustained growth.
Martin Grims, General Partner / Marty Grims is a restaurateur in the Greater Philadelphia region. He launched his career as a member of the opening team at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia in 1983. A natural in the restaurant business, Marty's grandfather owned restaurants in Philadelphia and Manhattan and he has fond memories of lending a hand in the family business when he was a boy. He graduated from Cornell's School of Restaurant and Hotel Management and resides in Berwyn, PA with his family.
