Executive chef, John McLaughlin has created a seasonal menu with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce and moderate prices in keeping with Cafette ’s history of serving good value along with great food. Formerly of The Goat Hollow and Rembrandts, Mc Laughlin has recently unveiled his Thai Style Crab Cakes —with lump crab and just enough coconut milk and mild chili peppers to hold it together, over marinated rice noodles. Our crabmeat is fresh from the local fish marker, Bob Groben. And our brunch eggs are delivered from the Lancaster farmer himself every week.
