Big Fork Restaurant opened in April of 2006 to incredible reviews and critical response. It's no attitude approach to classic French cooking has been winning over diner's ever since. The owner, Kevin Diskin, is also the chef, so every dish that leaves the kitchen has been prepared by him. Kevin graduated with honors from the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) in 1998 and went on to work at Le Bec Fin, Le Mas Perrier, Jakes... and on and on.
What's with the Fork thing? Big Fork is named after the picturesque Montana town of the same name. We are a family restaurant, and while one of Kevin's brothers may even be your waiter, another brother moved to Montana, which in turn inspired our name.
We have a 50 seat dining room and a 20 seat private dining room (with a bar) for special events. We have created wonderful nights for rehearsal dinners and birthdays, and have opened the entire restaurant to private parties for companies as big as Excelon,
Astra Zeneca, and Patterson and Schwartz.
Grab your favorite bottle (we are a BYOB with no corking fees) and join us for an unbelievable meal. Find out why your friends are calling us the best new restaurant in town.
